ITEX d.o.o. COOKIE POLICY

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the website https://itex.solutions (the “Website”) of ITEX d.o.o. (“ITEX”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies. How we process personal data in general is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a website remember information between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in a similar way and are covered by this policy too.

2. Cookies we use

Visitors of the Website receive no cookies from us. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and we do not show a cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Website administrators – Cookies are set only for people who log in to manage the Website. These cookies are strictly necessary for logging in and for security, and they are not used to track anyone.

  • wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_* – keep an administrator logged in; deleted when the session ends or after up to 14 days.
  • wordpress_test_cookie – checks that the browser accepts cookies; session.
  • wp-settings-*, wp-settings-time-* – remember the administrator’s dashboard settings; 1 year.
  • wfwaf-authcookie-* – tells the Wordfence firewall that an administrator is logged in; 12 hours.

3. Fonts and other resources

All fonts, images, styles and scripts of the Website are served from our own server. We do not load fonts from Google or other font services.

4. Third-party content

Some pages contain media hosted by third parties, such as a video hosted by LinkedIn. When such a page loads, your browser connects to the third party’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical data about your browser. We do not control how the third party uses this data. Please read the LinkedIn Privacy Policy and LinkedIn Cookie Policy.

Contact form bot check – On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person. Your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, which processes your IP address, browser user agent and similar technical signals. Cloudflare describes these signals as strictly necessary for detecting bots. We have not enabled Turnstile’s pre-clearance option, so no Cloudflare clearance cookie is set for our website. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

5. How to manage cookies

You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. The Help section of your browser explains how. Because the Website sets no cookies for visitors, blocking cookies will not affect how it works for you.

6. Changes to this Cookie Policy

If we start using cookies that require your consent, such as analytics cookies, we will update this Cookie Policy and ask for your consent before setting them. The date at the top shows when this policy was last changed.
